Policies & Studio Information

This section serves as a helpful reference for our members, ensuring they are well-informed about the studio's policies, procedures, and important details. It promotes transparency, clarity, and a smooth experience for the members engaging with the studio's services.

Services: The client is entitled to use Sol Pilates Studio facilities, equipment & services available during classes with the Instructors.

Memberships and Packages: Are non-refundable. 

Code of Conduct: The client shall respect the operating principles of the studio.

This includes, but not limited to:

  • Wearing appropriate and clean clothes

  • Sticky socks are mandatory for client’s safety

  • Clients arriving 10 minutes late will not be admitted to the class for safety reasons.

  • Behaving in a friendly and respectful manner towards other clients as well as staff.

  • To avoid disruption of the class please remember to turn off the sound on your mobile phones.

  • Sol Pilates Studio provides lockers with keys for any of your valuable items. Please note that Sol Pilates Studio will not held responsible for any lost items in the premises.

Payments: All clients commit to pay prior to attending each class. In compliance to UAE Government, the rate of 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) applies to all our products and services.

Cancellation: to change or cancel a booking, please provide a minimum of 6 hour notice for group classes and a 12 hour notice for private and semi-private sessions. Late cancellation or no show will be automatically charged or 1 day deduction from your membership will be made per class.

Duration of Classes: 55 minutes both group and private sessions.

Expiration: All packages and memberships have expiration dates. Please check your specific purchase.

Package/Membership Freeze: It is possible to freeze packages or membership for a maximum of 2 weeks, after which the package or membership will be automatically reactivated. Prior notice is required for the freezing.
