Gorgeous Studio , Amazing View. Highly recommend Sol Pilates , their instructors are the abosulte best and are focused on correcting your form & posture no matter how many people are in the class, everyone gets individuel attention . so you can improve safely.

Sol pilates is not only a pilates studio, but my second home. The staff and instructors are extremely friendly, accommodating and positive. No matter which class I attend, I always leave with a smile on my face, and any stress behind. At Sol, not only will you be able to improve your fitness, but your overall wellbeing! I definitely recommend joining the aerial class with Lama, she is absolutely lovely!!

At the front desk, you are welcomed by the lovely Noura, Rizza, or Swathi. The facilities are always clean and organised. I love attending Anna's class, whether it's mat or reformer! She's vibrant, sweet and pays attention to detail. Do find the chance to join Lama or Claudia for aerial classes! Sol offers the best aerial sessions...don't forget yoga with Anjie/Rose :)
