The Apprentice (Beginner Reformer)

In the Apprentice class you will experience a series of exercises to help you build on your knowledge of the Pilates principles, the reformer machine and your own body.  The aim will be to master proper technique, breathing and form through a safe, dynamic and balanced workout you will strengthen and stretch the entire body

Class duration: 55 minutes.

Prerequisite: Prior experience with reformers or attendance in our The Novice class.
