Meg is a certified BASI Comprehensive Pilates Instructor as well as being certified in BASI Pre & Postnatal Pilates.

Meg truly believes in being active. Motion is lotion for the body and the soul. She has been active in sport since a young age and competed competitively in Tennis and Tae Kwon Do throughout High School and University. After marrying her husband in 2003 she began running as a way to train together. Years of running marathons, as well as occasionally pacing her husband in Ultra Marathons, took a toll on her body. After suffering a stress fracture in her Tibia, Meg was introduced to Pilates during physical therapy and a passion was sparked.

When Meg and her husband moved to South Africa in 2016 she chose to leave behind the fashion career she had spent 20 years in and dedicated herself to BASI Pilates.

She actively participates in further education opportunities through workshops and courses. She considers herself incredibly lucky to have been able to learn from Theo Botha, Tash Barnard, Ashley Kim Ritchie, Monique Martinegro, Inge Pretorius as well as Sheri Long.

Meg says Pilates saved her. Both physically and mentally. It is a powerful community of friendship and support where all bodies and ages are welcome. Join one of her classes and you will be challenged, but you are also instantly part of the family.
